Bookings

• Session dates/times are not guaranteed until confirmed in writing.
• We may require a deposit/retainer to reserve your session date (if applicable).
• You agree to provide accurate contact information so we can communicate about your session.

Payments, refunds, and the “Love Your Photos” guarantee

Prices and package details are shown on the Site and may change over time. If we offer a money-back guarantee, the specific terms (time window, eligibility, and required steps) will be communicated to you in writing.
If you believe the guarantee applies, contact us promptly so we can make things right.

Rescheduling and cancellations

If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Weather and illness happen—we’ll do our best to accommodate. Cancellation/refund handling (including deposits/retainers) may depend on timing and will be communicated during booking.

Deliverables

• Final images are delivered via an online gallery (when offered).
• Turnaround times are estimates and may vary due to seasonality and workload.
• We do not guarantee delivery of every image captured during a session; we curate and edit the best results.

Copyright and usage

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we retain copyright in all photographs. Clients receive a personal-use license for delivered images (e.g., printing and sharing with friends/family). Commercial use, resale, or editing/filters for brand/commercial purposes may require written permission.

Model release (portfolio use)

We love showcasing our work. Whether we may use your images for our portfolio/marketing depends on your agreement at booking. If you prefer privacy, let us know and we’ll honor that request.

Site use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site and services are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in that case, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
